Keeps and reports the Waqf’s accounts. Recorded, like the custodian, so that the Passport can say the accounts are kept. They do not act on the platform.

Recorded by the Operator and seated in the same act. Nobody is asked to accept, because this actor exercises nothing on the platform.

Nothing. This role carries no powers at all, and that is the design rather than an omission. Being named on a Waqf is not being empowered over it.

Give the financial assurance by virtue of being the accountant
Giving an assurance is not part of this role. Preparing accounts and assuring them are two jobs, and the same reasoning that keeps the Operator from assuring itself applies here.
How to perform the role
- Nothing on the platform.
- The Operator records the appointment, and it takes effect at once because nobody is being asked to accept.
- Where a financial assurance is to be given, it is given by somebody whose role includes giving assurances, which this one does not.
